The Malaysian Aerospace Industry Database
Aerospace Industry is recognised as a new engine of economic growth for the country. The aerospace industry is truly one of the unique sectors of commerce and technology in the modern world. Virtually non-existent just 100 years before, the aerospace industry is now a key player in the global transportation sector, and more significantly a substantial contributor to the global economy. Due to the large scale activities typical to the aerospace industry, over capacity and low yields can lead to instability in the sector. The effects of any disturbances within the global economy cannot be absorbed and thus the impact is felt heavily by the aerospace industry.
Malaysian Aerospace Council (MAC) has started the Industry Database since year 2007. TDA in collaboration with MAC is gathering list of local players in order to facilitate the development of local Aerospace Industry through Offset Platform.
