GSIAC was set up in 2011 as a sounding board to improve and optimise Malaysia’s capabilities in the field of Science & Innovation.

Chaired by the Honorable Prime Minister of Malaysia with support of MIGHT as the main secretariat. Its council members are composed of selected Malaysian ministers, national and global corporate leaders, Nobel Laureates, eminent global academia as well as researchers
